Loan Agreement

Execu-Pawn’s standard loan agreement is based on a 30 day contract with the option to collect early or renew the loan for an extended period. However, please speak to us should you require alternative arrangements. Once you accept the offer, you need to provide your Positive ID, Passport or Drivers license to complete the loan agreement.

Instant loans for low values are paid out in cash or via EFT immediately. While loans for items of significant value may be subject to a valuation/price offer and therefore arrangements need to be made for the payout. Please be advised that we do not store large volumes of cash at our premises for safety reasons.

Cash receipt valuation certificates and/or originally packaging is not necessary. However, it must be said, that original packaging certainly helps to obtain a better price for your goods. All pawned items must be complete and in good working order. Cameras, video recorders and laptops must be complete with software, download cables, chargers and manuals.

Any item that requires a password or pin code to operate must be dealt with in one of two ways: either the passwords or pin codes be deleted before the transaction or they should be provided to the Execu-Pawn staff.

As a member of the National Credit Regulator (NCR), our fees are clearly stated on our contracts as well as the expected expiry dates. There is no small print. Please ask questions if you are unsure of anything and we will do our best to answer you.
